2. Prepare a teaser to send to funds/investors;
3. Elaborate a document with the full presentation of the institution in question (Company history, product or service offered to the market, financial basis (historical and future), reason for sale and desired value;
4. Meet with funds/investors to present and develop a possible transaction;
5. Formalize an NDA (non-disclosure agreement), once signed, share a document with detailed information;
6. Visit an entity with the investor, including a meeting with the owners;
7. Discuss the operational method with the model presented by the fund/investor;
8. Negotiation/mediation between the parties involved;
9. After approval, initiate the acquisition contract process (with established principles);
10. Due Diligence conducted by the fund/investor;
11. Officialization of the buying and selling process through legal channels.
